Mountaineering

Sometimes something challenging is a good excuse to travel and maybe this brings us the motivation to achieve a new adventure in Patagonia. A good physical condition and some equipment bring us the opportunity of climbing some of the classic routes to the Patagonia summits.

Bariloche has two good options , Mt Tronador whit 3491 mts is the highest summit at Nahuel Huapi National Park , and Vn Lanin (3776 mts) in Lanin National Park, these are the main peaks on the surroundings.

Down south in Chalten area, the most visited climbing routes are Vn Gorra Blanca (2907 mts), Cerro Solo (2120 mts), or Ag Guillaumet (2593 mts). These could bring us a good mountaineering experience in the south of Patagonia.

Outputs extraordinary.

  • Argentinean peak to Mt Tronador
  • International peak to Mt Tronador
  • Puyehue volcano (Chile)
  • Puntiagudo volcano (Chile)
  • Normal route to Osorno volcano (Chile)

PATAGONIA

You've heard many romantic descriptions of this place called Patagonia… the end of the world, a space without limits, the final frontier. For me, Patagonia is a combination of all of these.
Explore the magic of Patagonia and it will reveal itself as a land where time is forgotten.
Life here is simple but intense.

BARILOCHE

A town lying 20 miles along the shore of Lake Nahuel Huapi, surrounded by a National Park with mountains, refuges, glacier, rivers, lakes and a ski resort only 30 minutes away. With a population of 120.000 the city is constantly changing and evolving.
This is Bariloche, a city and environment that never ceases to amaze for its diversity and possibilities throughout the year.
